Job summary

World Vision Australia is seeking a D365 Developer to join our team in Burwood East, Victoria. You will deliver analysis, development and configuration for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related systems to support grants, sponsorships and supporter relationships.

The role focuses on D365 development and integration, with opportunities to work across MS Office 365 and Power Platform. A tertiary degree in IT is preferred and certifications in the Power Platform are valued.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365/CRM/ERP development and customisations.
Design and development in Power Portal.
Using Azure DevOps Pipelines and Releases to automate deployments.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, configure, test and support World Vision Australia business solutions.
Configure business processes with forms, workflows, and notifications.
Perform coding to technical/functional specifications and standards.
Analyse defects/work requests and identify root causes to resolve issues.
Work on incidents, changes/enhancements and project implementations.
Develop and support interfaces between business systems and related systems.
