Job summary

Allura Partners is seeking a hands-on D365 specialist to fix live issues in our Melbourne-based manufacturing business. After go-live, you will diagnose pain points, fix root causes, and collaborate with production, operations, and finance to understand how the system should work.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll help blueprint D365 rollout across the wider group, with an initial 12-month contract and potential extension. You thrive when problems are visible and delivering tangible improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience fixing Dynamics 365 post go-live.
• Able to explain fixes to CFO and supervisors.
• Experience with manufacturing/operations.

Responsibilities

• Fix issues from the backlog rather than patching.
• Spend time with production, operations, and finance to understand workflows.
• Turn a tolerated system into a relied-on system.
• Be the trusted D365 voice reporting to the CFO.
• Help shape blueprint for rolling D365 across the group.
