• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript, plugins, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating D365 CE with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service and related Customer Engagement capabilities.

• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Lead or contribute to solution design, technical documentation and development activities.
