Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Analyst for our Endpoint Protection Team to join our global security operations in Australia. You will triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints, identities, and cloud services, delivering clear guidance to customers in real time.

You'll apply MITRE ATT&CK framework, conduct malware analysis, and contribute to incident resolution with precise written and verbal communications while collaborating with global teams to strengthen

Qualifications

• Hands-on incident response across a broad range of security events and environments.
• Strong working knowledge of attack vectors and ATT&CK-based investigations.
• Hands-on forensic analysis tools for incident response investigations.
• Ability to perform basic static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux internals.
• Experience administering networks and resolving connectivity issues.
• Experience analyzing network traffic to support investigations.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Conduct tactical analysis of telemetry to determine root cause and scope of compromise, and develop remediation recommendations.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity, contain threats, and provide actionable guidance to customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasures.
• Deliver clear, concise, professional customer communications during incident response.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings to customers and internal teams.
