Job summary

Monadelphous Perth-based Security Operations Specialist role focusing on monitoring, analysis and response to cybersecurity incidents across the organisation.

You will work with internal teams and managed SOC partners to strengthen the security posture, using CrowdStrike, SIEM, and Microsoft 365/Azure for containment and remediation. A collaborative, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Operations Centre (SOC) or cybersecurity operations.
• Proficient in investigating and responding to security incidents and cyber threats.
• Knowledge of SIEM, identity and endpoint detection technologies, and security monitoring.
• Experience with CrowdStrike or similar identity/endpoint security platforms.
• Experience managing security controls within Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management and using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, alerts and events.
• Perform threat analysis, triage, containment and remediation activities.
• Coordinate security incidents through ServiceNow and with the MSP/SOC.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remediate identified risks.
• Conduct endpoint- and identity-based investigations using monitoring tools.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
