CrowdStrike Australia seeks a Falcon Intel Recon Analyst to directly support cyber threat customers and maximize value from the Intelligence product. You will triage findings, guide customers through Recon results, and collaborate with intelligence and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback shapes product improvements.

Excellent written and spoken English and deep threat intelligence expertise are essential. Travel modestly and adapt to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in dark web intelligence, APT strategies, and threat intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience across the intelligence lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and ownership across many relationships.
• Triage and escalate notable Falcon Intel Recon findings to customers.
• Guide customers through Recon findings with SME input.
• Represent customer feedback to Intelligence and Engineering teams to influence product.
• Plan and lead process improvements to raise customer satisfaction.
