Job summary

SALTT Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to help Australian organisations strengthen security controls. The role is full‑time and hybrid, with projects across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

You will work on security architecture and engineering, CyberOps, testing and assurance, and governance, risk and compliance to deliver practical security outcomes for clients. Australian citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing security architectures for cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Knowledge of zero trust models, identity and access management, and secure software development.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security architectures for client environments, including IAM and zero trust.
• Oversee cyber operations and ongoing security monitoring.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver practical security outcomes.

The role

SALTT Tech is a wholly Australian-owned and operated cybersecurity specialist dedicated to defending the digital future. Join an onshore team of vetted, industry-recognised experts focused on modern security controls and practical client outcomes.

Report directly to the CTO and work in a hybrid environment across home, SALTT locations and client sites in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You’ll work across varied client environments, modern cloud and application stacks, and a broad portfolio of cybersecurity engagements.
