Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Cyber Threat Hunter to protect the technology environment that supports thousands of staff, residents and clients across our aged care, community and family services. You will proactively hunt threats, investigate activity and improve detection capacity.
Working with Security, IT Operations, Architecture and Risk teams, you will analyse attacker techniques, tune monitoring and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As our Cyber Threat Hunter, you'll help protect the technology environment that supports thousands of employees, residents and clients across our aged care, community and family services. Working within our Cyber Security and IT Risk team, you'll proactively search for hidden threats, investigate suspicious activity and identify emerging attack techniques before they impact the organisation.
You will play a key role in strengthening Anglicare's cyber resilience through proactive threat hunting, investigation and detection improvement activities. You'll work closely with Cyber Security, IT Operations, Architecture and Risk teams to identify adversary behaviour, reduce attacker dwell time and continuously enhance our security monitoring and response capabilities.

You're an experienced cyber security professional with a passion for proactive defence and a strong understanding of attacker behaviours, threat detection and incident investigation. You enjoy solving complex problems, analysing large datasets and identifying risks before they become incidents.
