Job summary

Arrpwere Consulting seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead ICT maintenance across CTS, CMS and CDSS, from development through production. You will plan, schedule, and monitor activities to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards while coordinating resources to support operations.

The role requires strong Defence background, systems engineering experience and high-level communication with stakeholders across multiple streams and teams. Canberra-based position with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in ICT systems engineering or related field required.
• Essential ICT experience and defence sector background.
• Experience in maintenance management for ICT/ADF systems.
• Strong management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, execute and monitor ICT maintenance activities across multiple systems.
• Coordinate regional Field Service Representatives and align with Product Managers.
• Develop and maintain Maintenance Plans (TMP) and update policies.
• Provide Level 1/2 support and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track faults and defects, report progress to stakeholders.
