e2 Cyber is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer in Brindabella to join a growing team focused on essential cyber security initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers to implement security measures, respond to incidents, and provide guidance to stakeholders.

This role suits someone with a passion for protecting Australia’s digital infrastructure, possessing ability in Essential Eight and other controls, and aiming to contribute to significant cyber security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in cyber security and a desire to grow.
• Experience delivering Essential Eight implementations.
• Ability to obtain AGSVA clearance for Australian citizens.

Responsabilités

• Deliver security uplift initiatives with the Senior Cyber Security Engineer.
• Respond to and remediate security incidents.
• Support audit activities and contribute to cyber roadmap.

Connaissances

Interest in cyber security

Experience with Essential Eight

Team oriented mindset

Knowledge of security standards

Experience with vulnerability management tools

Ability to communicate technically

Managing Microsoft 365

Exposure to security domains

AGSVA Security Clearance ability
