Job summary

Teamified is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to continuously monitor and triage security events across diverse client environments. You will investigate incidents, provide initial analysis, and implement containment actions to ensure rapid resolution.

The role involves tuning platforms and contributing to robust detection and response playbooks, collaborating with clients and internal teams. You will iterate on processes, including introducing new tooling such as AI, to enhance security

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage security alerts quickly to reduce MTTR.
• Monitor customer environments to improve detections speed and client confidence.
• Tune and build alerting rules to minimize false positives and improve accuracy.
• Create clear documentation and playbooks to accelerate response workflows.
• Engage with customers and manage escalations to improve satisfaction and trust.
• Automate repetitive alert handling to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Implement AI/ML solutions to lower MTTD and MTTR.
• Continuously refine detection and automation models for reliable outcomes.

JobSummary:
