Job summary

Teamified is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to monitor and triage security events from SIEM and tools across client environments. You will investigate incidents, perform initial analyses, and implement containment to ensure rapid resolution.

You will tune platforms, contribute to robust detection playbooks, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver actionable security recommendations. The role also explores new tooling, including AI, to advance SOC capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage alerts quickly to reduce MTTR.
• Monitor customer environments proactively to improve detections speed and client confidence.
• Tune and build alerting rules to minimise false positives and enhance accuracy.
• Create clear documentation and playbooks to accelerate response workflows.
• Engage with customers and manage escalations to improve satisfaction and trust.
• Automate repetitive alert handling to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Implement AI/ML solutions to lower MTTD and MTTR.

JobSummary:
