Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, design and continued development of a complex program and its related workstreams.
• Oversee program implementation, budgets, governance, procurement, contracts, grants and risk management.
• Establish clear priorities, performance expectations and delivery standards.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of program managers, project officers and specialist personnel.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular financial reports, forecasts and delivery updates.
• Provide authoritative advice to senior executives on program delivery, funding, procurement and emerging risks.
