Job summary

Calleo is partnering with a Federal Government Department to source a Head of Programs to lead a major regional cyber cooperation initiative. This is a high-profile role at the centre of Australia's international cyber engagement, working directly with senior government stakeholders based in Canberra.

You will lead strategic delivery of a multi-country cyber capability program, overseeing budget governance, risk management, partners and stakeholders, and a program team.

Qualifications

• Extensive strategic program management in government.
• Experience with government funded, multi-country programs.
• Proven contract and budget management at scale.
• Strong staff and contractor leadership background.
• High level stakeholder engagement experience, including senior government and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery of the program.
• Manage budget, risk and governance frameworks.
• Build relationships with delivery partners and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a program team.
• Provide secretariat support to the Steering Committee.
