The opportunity is for a Lawyer and Cyber-specialist in Sydney, reporting to firm leadership. You will manage high-stakes cyber matters, advise corporate clients and insurers, and collaborate with top professionals on risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PAE in cyber, financial lines or commercial litigation.
• Background in cyber, financial lines or commercial litigation with exposure to general insurance.
• Strong academics and a legal foundation built in a reputable commercial practice.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle management of cyber incident response.
• Strategic counsel on security risk, data privacy and regulatory notifications.
• Drafting briefs for Counsel and managing contentious matters arising from data breaches.
