Lawyers Weekly is seeking an Insurance & Financial Services Lawyer with 2+ PQE to join our national firm’s active team in Sydney. You will work with industry-recognised partners on complex matters including professional indemnity, property damage, and personal injury within a collaborative, supportive culture.

Ideal candidates have a law degree or JD, strong academics, excellent drafting, communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• 2+ PQE in insurance or financial services
• Law degree or Juris Doctor with strong academics

Responsabilités

• Work on complex insurance matters including professional indemnity, property damage and personal injury.
• Advise, negotiate and draft on due diligence, risk management and commercial transactions.
• Support Banking and Financial Services team on statutory regulations.
