Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting ongoing engagement activities and operational outcomes.
• Coordinate customer requests, inquiries and actions, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
• Develop stakeholder products including briefs, reports, presentations and engagement material.
• Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions, actions and outcomes.
• Develop foundational knowledge of cybersecurity capabilities, terminology and operating environments relevant to the team's work.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across government and industry, acting as a trusted engagement lead for multiple customers.
• Analyse customer requirements and coordinate responses across technical and operational teams.
• Provide informed advice on cybersecurity capability, operational processes and stakeholder impacts.
• Lead engagement planning, reporting and governance activities, identifying risks and opportunities and driving outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
