Aristocrat is seeking a CXS QA Technician to ensure seamless performance of our software and hardware across customer sites. You will be part of a lively Database & QA Team, delivering hands-on deployment, on-site installations, and deep product knowledge for OAT.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, cross-functional collaboration, and flexible adaptation to a fast-paced gaming technology environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete technical support for Aristocrat software and hardware.
• Deploy, configure, and enable hardware and software for projects.
• Conduct on-site installations at customer venues to ensure successful implementations.
• Coordinate with internal resolver groups to prioritize issues.
• Deliver technical knowledge for OAT of products.
• Develop and conduct technical training programs for the team.
• Support BETA trials during take-to-market phase.
• Offer pre- and post-installation support for Venue Management Systems and web products.
• Build and install software on gaming machines, workstations and servers.
• Manage calls via Salesforce and update tickets accordingly.
• Ensure timely customer visits and maintain professional image.
• Collaborate with Systems and Service Technicians to meet client requirements.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment and contribute to CXS strategy.
• Maintain the internal OAT environment and support AGE/AHG demonstrations.

What You'll Do

• Offer complete technical help for the Aristocrat Gaming software and hardware range.
• Engage in hardware and software deployment, configuration, and enablement for upcoming projects.
• Conduct on-site work at customer venues to ensure successful implementation.
• Liaise with internal resolver groups and collaborators to prioritize and bring up issues as needed.
• Deliver in-depth technical product knowledge for Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) of new and current products.
• Develop and conduct technical training programs to equip the team with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Support BETA trials by providing technical expertise during the take-to-market phase.
• Offer pre and post-installation support for Aristocrat’s Venue Management Systems, Applications, and Web-based products.
• Build and install software on gaming machines, workstations, and servers.
• Manage client calls through our Call Management System (Salesforce) and update call tickets accordingly.
• Ensure timely and impactful customer visits while maintaining a professional image.
• Collaborate with internal resources, including Systems and Service Technicians, to meet client requirements.
• Adjust to a dynamic, constantly evolving environment and contribute to the overall CXS strategy.
• Maintain and support the internal OAT environment along with providing support to demonstrate AGE/AHG.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.
• Having knowledge in both software and hardware is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build and configure operating system workstations and servers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CMS tools.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, with experience in VMware, Linux, and Windows software being advantageous.
