Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customs Broker to join our growing team in Pinkenba, QLD.

This is a full-time, primarily on-site role with hybrid flexibility available. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customs clearance processes for import shipments, with a strong focus on time‑critical freight movements.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting customs documentation
• Managing import clearances and regulatory compliance
• Advising clients on customs‑related matters
• Liaising with customs authorities and industry stakeholders
• Coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure seamless shipment movement
• Supporting international trade and logistics activities
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Customs Brokerage and customs clearance operations
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international trade regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage time‑sensitive shipments with high attention to detail
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with logistics and customs software systems
• Relevant customs brokerage or international trade qualifications highly regarded
• Experience within aerospace, marine, mining, defence, or specialised logistics industries is advantageous
