Safe Financial is seeking a motivated person to join our Customer Support team on a full-time basis at our Southport office. You’ll learn the foundations of our business, support customers with loan applications and build knowledge of our lending processes.

As your skills grow, you’ll progress towards a Loan Assessor role. We value curiosity, reliability and strong communication, with a clear path to advancement as you develop in finance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn lending basics and processes.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions.
• Good numerical understanding and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and client portal.
• Help customers with questions about their loan application.
• Explain information clearly and guide customers through next steps.
• Keep accurate customer records in the CRM and maintain data quality.
