Job summary

BlueScope, an Australian-born global steel producer, is seeking a Customer Supply Manager for SA & NT based in Wingfield, SA. You’ll lead a team at the intersection of customers, sales, supply chain and operations, shaping end-to-end supply outcomes for BlueScope’s large B2B customers.

• Experience leading and developing capable, engaged teams.
• Experience enabling customer supply, planning or operational outcomes.
• Ability to influence outcomes across multiple functions.
• Comfort navigating complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B customer supply, sales execution and order fulfilment outcomes.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with customers to understand their business and identify opportunities to improve end-to-end supply outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and technical product teams to deliver practical and commercially sustainable solutions.
• Lead the resolution of complex supply, service and operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency and cost-to-serve outcomes.
• Contribute to automation, systems and digital improvement initiatives.
• Help embed new technologies and data-driven ways of working across the business.
