Job summary

Aidacare is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join the Web Team in Thomastown, Victoria. You will act as a frontline troubleshooter, handling customer inquiries via phone or email and building positive relationships through stellar service.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, ordering and tracking assistance, and maintaining accurate records with strong administration. Excellent communication and composure under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential.
• Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records.
• Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in an efficient manner.
• Learn and stay up-to-date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience.
• Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing.
• Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
