CDC Data Centres Pty is seeking an experienced customer success professional who builds strong relationships and drives outcomes across the full customer lifecycle to ensure a seamless, positive experience. You will collaborate with operations, delivery and commercial teams to anticipate needs, manage risks early and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations for our enterprise customers.

This highly visible role reports to the Head of Customer Success and offers the chance to influence service

Formación

• Experienced customer success professional with ownership mindset.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across complex environments.
• Proven track record in service delivery and enterprise engagements.
• Solid contract, SLA management and performance reporting experience.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with operations, delivery and commercial teams to coordinate customer outcomes.
• Strengthen CDC presence by partnering with on-site teams and customer stakeholders.
• Support delivery of customer contracts in line with KPIs, ensuring commitments are understood and tracked.
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly business reviews and audits; manage customer inquiries and proposals.
