Coder is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager / Head of Customer Success to lead growth in the personal development sector. This remote role is open to Australia & New Zealand residents, offering autonomy, impact, and a mission-driven environment.

You will guide clients through decisions, implement engagement strategies, and collaborate in a globally connected team to drive results while pursuing personal and professional growth.
