Job summary

Home-in is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and guide customers through the home-buying journey. You will coordinate across the purchase process, liaise with lawyers and lenders, and manage customer inquiries with empathy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Based in Australia, WA coverage may require outside Sydney business hours (10AM–6PM when needed). This role offers flexible, dynamic work and opportunities for growth within the x15ventures portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration and/or operational support.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong prioritisation and planning skills to manage work volume.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Exceptional team player and desire to join a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple work streams across the property purchase journey, including contract review, exchange and settlement.
• Liaise with lawyer partners and lenders to ensure a one-stop platform for customers.
• Manage the support inbox with empathy and exceptional customer service.
• Process all tasks and support requests within agreed turnaround times.
• Ensure consistent accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Stay up to date on business rules, operating procedures, quality standards and applicable laws.
