Aussie Broadband is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to be the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring every solution is delivered smoothly and with care.

This permanent role combines coordination, problem-solving, and relationship-building to create exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage contracts, oversee service delivery, and work with suppliers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and building trust with customers.
• Ability to write clearly for different audiences.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and telco/data services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer solutions and ensure successful delivery.
• Assist with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track.
• Manage customer contracts and service level agreements.
• Perform quality checks after implementation to maintain high standards.
• Respond to inbound inquiries with empathy and clarity.
• Liaise with management to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry.
