Job summary

Bunnings Eltham is hiring a Full-time Customer Service Team Member in the Timberyard department. You’ll greet builders and trade customers, merchandise and replenish stock, and pick and pack orders while ensuring timely deliveries and safe loading/unloading from trucks.

About the role

Bunnings Eltham are seeking a Full-time Customer Service Team Member to join their team. This position is based in the Timberyard Department.

A Timberyard team member provides friendly service to builders and trade customers while merchandising and replenishing stock, picking and packing orders, organising timely deliveries, and safely loading and unloading products from trucks.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always ready to give it a red-hot go!

They provide friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts. When customers visit us, they are greeted by passionate team members eager to offer tools and advice to turn any D.I.Y. dream into a reality. Whether it's finding the right product or sharing expert tips, our team is here to help every step of the way.

What’s involved:

• Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and trade specialists
• Merchandise and replenish products
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time
• Load and unload products on delivery trucks
