Job summary

CSR is hiring for a permanent full-time Customer Service role at the Selection Centre in Brisbane. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and help deliver an outstanding customer experience across showroom operations and daily tasks.

You'll handle product selections, stock management, order processing in SAP, and contribute to a safe, organised showroom and yard. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within CSR.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail showroom, customer service or building products is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Selection Centre.

No two days are the same. You'll be involved in customer service, showroom presentation, administration, stock management, colour selection support, and general operational tasks both indoors and outdoors.

In this role you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selections.
• Maintain showroom displays, stock levels, and presentation standards.
• Process orders, quotes, payments, and customer enquiries using SAP.
• Support stocktakes, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised showroom and yard environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and team performance.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pmPlus rostered Saturdays

About You

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Hands-on, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Experience in retail, showroom, customer service, or the building products industry is advantageous but not essential.
