This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll become a trusted point of contact for customers across Australia. Working closely with our sales, procurement and warehouse teams, you'll ensure customers receive accurate advice, prompt service and a seamless experience every time they deal with iQuip. No two days are exactly the same, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and building genuine customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email and other communication channels.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our ERP system.

Assist customers with product, pricing and stock availability enquiries.
