Job summary

Vulcan Steel in Toowoomba region is seeking a Customer Sales Assistant to handle general sales enquiries, prepare quotes and process orders. You will deliver solutions and stellar service throughout the sales process.

The role suits you if you enjoy a professional but friendly team, with on‑the‑job training and a supportive culture. Standard hours are 8am–4pm, with a health and safety focus and pre-employment drug screening.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.

• Background of metals industry (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
