Telstra is seeking a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and help customers choose products and services that transform their telecommunications experience.

You will be the trusted tech expert, guiding customers, achieving sales targets and KPIs, and supporting a collaborative team to create a welcoming atmosphere across our NSW stores in Goulburn, Mittagong and Young.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and active listening abilities.
• Comfort with identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.

• Achieve and Excel:Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
