Westlab is a leading Australian supplier of laboratory equipment, consumables and scientific solutions, supporting customers across science, education, healthcare and research. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Westlab’s customer service team and provide timely, professional and solutions-focused support to customers across phone, email, live chat and support channels. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team where people are encouraged to ask questions, learn the systems properly and work together to solve customer problems. We will consider both full-time and part-time hours, including arrangements that may suit school hours.

This is primarily an office-based role in Ballarat, as regular in-person collaboration and training are important to supporting our customers well. We are happy to have a conversation about flexibility that supports both the successful candidate and the needs of the team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will support the daily operations of Westlab’s customer service function by responding to customer enquiries, processing requests, following up issues and helping ensure customers receive a reliable and professional experience.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, practical problem-solving and a genuine commitment to helping customers. You will work closely with the customer service team and other departments to answer enquiries, support order and quote processes, follow through customer issues and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
