Job summary

Save Rent a Car and Truck – Parramatta NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will answer telephones, take bookings, respond to emails, explain options and terms, and ensure bookings and transactions are completed accurately.

Ideal candidates have exceptional communication, a self-motivated attitude, and a strong customer service/sales background. Automotive experience and a valid Australian driving licence are advantageous.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIRED

Due to company expansion SRACT are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a positive experience to all valued customers.
• Answering telephone, taking enquiries and making bookings.
• Answering emails and online bookings.
• Providing customer service with all bookings, explaining all options and terms and conditions.
• Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Completing damage reports for vehicles going outand returning.
• Report to manager.

Applicant will need:

• Exceptional communication skills
