• Filing and report keeping - maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and relevant purchase history.
• Assisting sales team - provide assistance to general sales related issues and enquiries
• Communication - maintain strong communication between sales team, management and internal software database.

Your role

This is a full-time position, operating on a five-day roster including one Saturday shift per week. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with an attention to detail and experience with administrative duties. Possessing high-level computer literacy, you will be able to learn our internal software and processes. Taking responsibility for order processing, dispatching and troubleshooting, the role will put you at the heart of our wholesale operation on a daily basis. This role is perfect for someone looking to step into a sales-based role! The main responsibilities of the position are:
