Job summary

BlueScope's Lysaght division in Port Macquarie is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the brand, handling orders and quotations with a focus on exceptional service. You will work in a collaborative team environment, supporting sales and logistics to meet customer needs.

You’ll manage inquiries via phone and email, provide product and pricing information, and contribute to continuous improvements in our customer experience and value proposition.

• Continuously look at ways to improve the customer experience and overall value proposition.
• Manage relationships with logistics and internal stakeholders to improve cost efficiencies and resolve issues.

Our Lysaght business is looking for aCustomer Service Representativeto join theteambased at our brand-new Port Macquarie NSW site.Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Lysaght for our customers, ensuring exceptional service in each interaction. Working within a friendlyand inclusive teamyou will bea key contact for sales and service enquiries.Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and manage a variety of day-to-day enquiries.

What Will You Do?

Working with a friendlyand inclusive teamyou will bea key contact for sales and service enquiries. You will:

• interactwith our customers viaphoneand email managing quotes and queries
• followup on quotations andinquiries converting theseinto sales opportunities
• collaboratewith internal stakeholders includingwarehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met;including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
• continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition
• managethe relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience

• previous experience working in a customer service environment
