Job summary

Murray Irrigation Limited in Deniliquin is seeking a Customer Service Operator to support farmers, businesses and communities across the region. You’ll be the friendly voice guiding customers through inquiries, transactions and decisions with confidence in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, you’ll join a high-performing team combining customer service and administration, with opportunities to learn about irrigation operations and make a meaningful impact

• Experience in customer service, administration or a busy operational environment.
• Attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn are valued.

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll be part of a high-performing Customer Experience team that prides itself on delivering service that is professional, responsive and customer-centred. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll combine strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills to ensure customer enquiries are resolved efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service across a range of enquiries and transactions
• Processing water orders, trading activities, account management and customer requests
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Providing clear information and practical solutions to customer enquiries
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
