Job summary

Reo Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple production facilities across New South Wales, driving productivity, safety, quality and customer outcomes. You will report to the General Manager and coach site leadership teams to establish consistent standards and improve performance across the network.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop site leadership teams.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion workplace health, safety and compliance.
• Manage operational budgets and financial performance.
• Improve productivity, equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support capital investment and operational improvement projects.
• Develop workforce capability through coaching and succession planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer service and operational performance.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
