SA Pathology’s Call Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the recruitment pool for temporary and permanent roles in Adelaide. You will respond to a wide range of calls, provide a friendly, efficient enquiry service, access pathology information, and support clinicians and patients with confidential handling of data.

You should be prepared for a busy environment, strong keyboard skills, and familiarity with Microsoft applications.

• Experience delivering courteous service in a busy environment.
• Ability to use computer systems and record information accurately.

Responsabilités

• Be a helpful voice for patients, clinicians and healthcare teams as a Customer Service Officer in SA Pathology’s Call Centre.
• Respond to result enquiries, route requests for courier pickups and deliveries, and record customer requests accurately in information systems.
• Prioritise calls and tasks, protect patient confidentiality and use sound judgement to clarify information or refer enquiries appropriately.
• Contribute to service improvements and support colleagues through shared knowledge and teamwork.
