Job summary

Capital S.M.A.R.T is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Brookvale team. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing up-to-date information on repairs and assuring customers their vehicles are in capable hands.

This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.00pm, with uniforms, training, and ongoing career development. You’ll work in a supportive environment across 60+ sites in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to build rapport in person and over the phone.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessment.
• Providing clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairs.
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional customer environment.
• Managing the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concerns.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at SMART Brookvale.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday. 7.30am - 4.00pm

Your role will include:
