Job summary

Supagas Bayswater is seeking an experienced Customer Service Yard Hand to manage daily branch logistics and yard operations, answer phones professionally, greet walk-in customers and support the Yard Supervisor.

You will assist with loading/unloading, promotions of Supagas products, handling enquiries, processing online and written orders, and contributing to a positive, yes-we-can service culture. Immediate start and permanent full-time position offered.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence preferrable.
• MR/HR licence desirable.
• Delivery Experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• A "YES WE CAN" attitude towards customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Online orders, email / fax orders, Ring around calls, banking and cash balancing
