The Customer Service/Material Handler will provide a professional service to customers with a view to continually improve the customer experience. This includes inbound/outbound calls, managing and maintaining local warehouse inventory and processing and managing orders.

• In person sales and customer service for a variety of Honeywell products
• Assisting with packing and local dispatches
• Reporting on inventory and other orders as required
• Maintain a clear and safe warehouse adhering to guidelines and instructions
• Handle warranty queries and returns
• Office administration and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Warehouse experience
• Preferred technical knowledge and fire industry experience
