Qualifications

• Background in customer service or similar roles.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
• Physically capable with lifting and standing.
• Willing to learn about machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct customers on safe use of equipment.
• Perform pickup and delivery of equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Maintain equipment through servicing and minor repairs.
• Clean branch facilities and equipment as required.
• Conduct equipment check in/out inspections.
