UniLodge Living Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to help deliver a memorable resident experience at Davey Lodge in Canberra. You will handle enquiries, support resident wellbeing, and coordinate administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed.
  • Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).

The Role - Customer Service Coordinator:

There are lots of qualities that we look for in our team, but above all we need people who are resilient, hands on and genuinely enjoy delivering good customer service. We have fun at work but at times we can be run off our feet, welcoming or saying goodbye to our residents. A background in reception or hospitality will provide you with a good grounding for this role. Some of your essential skills will include strong written and verbal communication, good computer skills, organisational skills and a “we care” attitude.

At UniLodge we provide a home away from home for our residents and we aim to hire staff who will champion fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment for our student residents. You may feel you do not meet all the criteria, but if you are eager to learn the UniLodge way, we still want to hear from you. This may be the first step to a new and exciting career path.

This is a full-time fixed-term position, ending on 4 November 2026.

Some of the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience,

Our mandatory requirements include:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Vulnerable People's Check
