Job summary

Control Insurance Solutions on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, seeks a Customer Service Consultant to join our Hire Car team. You will manage hire car bookings in line with policy criteria, assist clients via phone, perform admin tasks, and deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, at least two years in a customer-focused role, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our growing Hire Car team. You will be responsible for managing hire car bookings in line with insurance policy criteria. Along with assisting clients with telephone inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service your primary objectives will be to:
