Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites you to register your interest in non-ongoing employment opportunities within the Customer Service Centre team that may arise. Roles are full-time/part-time, with a maximum 18 months, and may be offered as casual with a 25% loading in lieu of paid leave.

The DHA operates 24/7 on a rotating roster to support Defence and its members. As a Customer Service Centre Consultant, you will handle complex entitlements for Defence members, coordinate tenancy services

Qualifications

• Experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding communication with stakeholders.
• Proven track record planning own work goals to achieve KPIs.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Administration of complex entitlements for Defence members.
• Coordinate tenancy services and management of lessor enquiries.
• Provide comprehensive advice, support and issue resolution.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support Defence members.
