Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Dynamics 365 (highly advantageous).
• FMCG industry experience (highly regarded but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders via phone, email, and live chat.
• Managing returns, exchanges, and customer enquiries.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing.
• Making outbound calls to confirm order details and customer information.
• Maintaining and updating customer records.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet service and performance targets.
