A role designed around people

We have a part-time opportunity based at our Brookvale store working 30 hours per week.

You’ll connect with customers in-store, over the phone, online and out in the community.

You don’t need health insurance experience. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

• Loves talking to and helping people
• Naturally builds rapport and trust
• Is confident learning technology and new systems
• Enjoys being part of their local community
• Is proactive, curious and happy working as part of a team

Experience in customer service, health, retail, sales, hospitality, banking or community-based work could all set you up well for this opportunity.

You’ll work a flexible rotating roster Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays. Hours rotate between 8am and 8pm, with rostered hours after 5pm worked from home.
