Join the team at Surfers Paradise Helicopters, one of the Gold Coast's leading tourism operators, providing unforgettable helicopter experiences to thousands of guests each year. We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team and be part of something truly exciting.

Position: Customer Service Agent As one of the first faces our guests see, you’ll play a key role in shaping their entire experience. From the moment they arrive to the second they take off, you’ll help create a seamless, exciting, and memorable journey.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests into our terminal with warmth and enthusiasm
• Managing check-ins and preparing passengers for their flight experience
• Handling phone and in-person enquiries
• Showcasing our range of scenic flights and helping guests choose the perfect experience

Actively engaging with guests inside Sea World Theme Park — greeting visitors, creating excitement around our experiences, and confidently promoting and selling our helicopter tours

Working closely with our operations team to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• A natural people-person who delivers outstanding customer service
• Confident using computers and systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working with a diverse, international customer base
• A strong awareness of safety and procedures
• Experience with Rezdy or booking systems (a bonus, not essential)
• Aviation or tourism experience (great, but not required)
• Additional languages? That’s a big plus!
