Job summary

ANZCRO on the Gold Coast is seeking a travel professional to join our friendly, high-performing Southport team. You will design itineraries, provide exceptional service, and collaborate with agents to deliver seamless holidays across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of NZ, Australia, or the Pacific Islands, 1–2 years in travel, and a passion for travel. Weekend availability and a positive, proactive attitude are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven selling experience for NZ, Australia & Pacific Islands.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sabre and airfare knowledge (preferred).
• Call-centre experience (preferred).
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ski product knowledge (a bonus)

Responsibilities

• Design itineraries with attention to detail and tailor-made experiences.
