Job summary

Adairs is recruiting for casual Customer Service Advisors to support our peak retail period from our Chadstone operations centre. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring timely solutions for orders, deliveries, and returns.

You’ll join a friendly team, coordinating with stores and delivery partners while delivering exceptional service during the busiest trading season. Availability Monday-Friday and some weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or contact centre.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and some weekends.
• Genuine passion for helping people.

About the Opportunity

You’ll be supporting customers across phone, email, live chat and social media. You’ll join a friendly and supportive team based in our Chadstone Support Office, helping deliver exceptional service when our customers need us most.
